Our Commitment to Inclusion ► Equal Dreams

At Equal Dreams, we believe that diversity makes a difference in bringing fresh, authentic perspectives to the work we do, and in creating a welcoming, safe and respectful work culture.

We’re keen to work with individuals from different communities, and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, disability, nationality, familial status, or any other dimensions of diversity. We are also committed to having an inclusive working environment for disabled co-workers by providing appropriate accessibility arrangements.

If there’s one thing we’ve learnt from being in the field of accessibility, it’s that inclusion is a constant work-in-progress. If you’d like to give us any feedback, write to us at hello@equaldreams.sg, and we’d be glad to have a chat.

Collaborating with minority communities from the get-go

43% of our staff identify as disabled and we are committed to embracing individuals as they are. We also work with a diverse team of freelancers and consultants from various minority communities, such as the Deaf & Hard-of-Hearing community, and the blind & low vision community.

These include projects and initiatives such as accessibility testing & consultancy, training programme development and access service provision.

We are open to new collaborations as well, especially those initiated by disabled individuals themselves!

Email us at hello@equaldreams.sg if you’d like to start a conversation.
